Chamar função default em campo Many2One
O campo ner_user_id precisa ser chamado a função antes de o usuario interagir com o campo. Logo, o campo deve ser escrita antes do campo, no domínio domain para campos Many2one, e retornar uma lista de ids da tabela alvo.
Lembre que se na view.xml houver outro filtro de domain, ele o sobrescreverá.
